Internet Explorer 7 changes the default ActiveX Control to not allow playing of videos without an external mediaplayer. You can find and change this setting under "Internet Options" /[Security] tab / [Custom Level]. Look for "ActiveX Controls and plugins" then under it there will be a "Display Video & Animation on a web page that does not use an external mediaplayer" option. Enable it and try again.
